The genius second post

So I got off of work, got home, did the dishes so my boss could cook, got Squeakers out of cage, played with him for about 30 minutes, then put him back and treated him to a flavorful tortilla chip.  Nothing much out of the ordinary at work, apparently I have good news coming my way, or at least it feels like it.  Hopefully something good happens.  I am still in school, but if I can build a career where I am currently employed, I would very much do so.

It is raining like crazy out here in Cincinnati.  Here is some of our lovely weather:

Introduction and cooking

So I have seen a lot of people open up blogs and they say that it's fun and actually helps with the stress.  I wanted to see for myself and therefore started my own little domain.  Another journey that I am taking through my life.  We shall see where this takes me and how it gets me there.  Let's get started:

So, the boss is working, and I am here at home alone on a Saturday.  Unfortunately I made a deal that I would cook this week, that day is today.  I shall be making steamed chicken, a la Puertorican (along with a Carlos twist), rice, and of course, the all-mighty Goya beans.  This should be delish!
